The Training and Development Department is one of the youngest and very
promising departments in Olympic Group, directed to long -term investment in
OG's staff, shifting them towards higher levels of proficiency, productivity,
and development.
The Training and Development Department is committed to delivering quality
training to all OG members all over the country, and aimed at achieving OG's
strategic objectives.
Training activities are divided into four main pillars:
Pillar One-
Functional Training:
Cost Optimization and production development is one of the crucial policies any
industrial organization adopts. Hence, Functional training is one of the
fundamental activities that The Training and Development Department is
concerned with, in order to enhance production facilities and minimize
unnecessary costs.
On Regular basis, The Training and Development Department tests the skills
matrix of Olympic Group's staff on all levels, comparing the actual performance
with the desired performance. The gap revealed through such procedure is one that
The Training and Development Department seeks to bridge through:

- Outsourced Training
- In Door and Out Door Seminars and conferences.
Pillar Two-
Development Tracks:
Classical theories state that “More Technical knowledge leads to higher
productivity levels” .
However, The Training and Development Department deeply believes that the
personal qualities of our staff are of equal importance to achieving our
ultimate and strategic objectives.
Thus, Development Tracks is one project dedicated to enhancing the personal
qualities of Olympic group's staff and excentuating their Non technical
competencies that make our working environment more dynamic, creative, and
healthy. This is done through:
